Yup finished my last two exams yesterday. Both I finished in around 30 mins hah. But I think I did ok on them, unlike my crappy ass sociology exam.
Well, after exams yesterday, Kim and Vivi picked me up from uni and we went to Peters. We met up with Megan later on and just talked until midnight. It was nice especially since I hadn't seen 2/3 in a loong time.
So, last night I came home in time to check out the lunar eclipse, it was awesome since it turned this blood red colour. My brother took some pictures and I'll see if I can put them later. So now other than waiting for my grades to come in, I'm not waiting for my departure this Friday.
I'll be flying overseas to Hong Kong, but I'll be going to Macao for like three days before going back to Hong Kong for a week or so. Then I'll be back in Calgary in the evening on Jan. 2. when do classes start for next semester?
Well anyways, seriously considering switching out of Anthropology 203 into the History of Europe, the things I've heard sound like a pain. But really, History courses take a lot of work. Both their assignments and their exams suck as they're all essays basically. I would take another elective but everything else is full or they dont have classes for the winter semester.
Tell me if you guys wants anything from HK before I leave and I'll hunt around with my brother as a guide. Hope everyone wil have a great Yule~

I'm about ready to scream out my fangirly joy
So it was the last day of classes today. Nice right? Eh it was ok, I have finals to look forward to after all.
So I went home, got the mail and was pleased to see my extra laptop battery had come in. :D
Anyways I did really a whole lotta nothing for the afternoon, ate dinner and what I find oh at around 7pm? Twenty minutes earlier?
The door bell rings, then someone knocks on the front door. My brother answered it and it was a delivery man with a box. I held my breath. I heard my name and went running into my room for my wallet. After paying thirteen dollars, being sympathetic with the poor man out in this weather and kicking the front door close -I hurt my foot-. My brother picked up the box before I could take it away into my room and hug it to death. Instead we ended up in the kitchen where my family demanded to see what I had just bought.
So with bated breath the tape was ripped off, and I slowly removed the papers inside. I saw a piece of slanted cardboard, thinking it was more filling I grabbed it and realized. It had some depth to it and I knew right then what it was. So I picked it up and my brothers peered in and saw a long box. Not just any long box no.
It was the box that held my perfect wooden replica of Nymphadora Tonks' wand. They groaned their horror realizing what it was. Picking it up I put it to the side and just smiled. It was the best I could do to not grin my ears off.
They stared at the box I was clutching to my chest. Carl accused it of being a perfect replica spell book. HAH. I wish those were real, sadly those aren't unless JK Rowling decided to make herself even more money by writing one.
Anyways, finally I slowly slid open the cardboard and inside was the bubble wrapped limited edition, black framed Deathly Hallows movie picture of all my favourite evil characters with a little caption of the golden trio at the bottom as well as two strips of authentic movie film. On the back of the frame was a certificate of authenticity.
My parents moved away disappointed at the item and me and my brothers just left the kitchen shaking their heads.
Me? I'm ready to bubble over with joy.
Even their scolding can't get me down right now. So now I sit in my room after taking multiple pictures of the new additions to my Harry Potter collection. I ooohed over the film strips (which turns out is of a scene with Harry, and the other with Voldemort). And I pondered what to do with my new framed wall decoration. I decided, in order to protect it from dust and who knows what chaos in my room I put it back in the box and now it sits on my desk.
Sigh.
I think I'll sleep happy tonight, even with five final exams coming at me. xD
And yes, I'm such a geek. 8D

Merlin...
Well just watched HP 7 part 1. To say the least I found it much better than movies 3-6 xD
Danielle Radcliffe has serious height problems. I mean really, the first scene with him and Ginny had me cringing. xD Course this is me talking and I'm a shortie.
The movie also proved to me that Tonks is awesome in all 5 minutes of her in the movie and that Fleur is fucking awesome. "Bill don't look at me, I'm hideous!"

Other than that, Bellatrix is so awesome it makes me laugh hysterically and bounce in my seat.
Also.
Someone seriously needs to take away my credit card. Especially after I do something fangirl inducing. D:
Sometime in the coming days/weeks/months I will be getting offical cuts of Harry Potter film framed and a perfect replica of Tonks' wand. OMG WHAT HAVE I DONE.
Well could be worst, I could be getting the perfect replica model of Hogwarts that wouldn't fit through my door.

I'm a big nerdy geeky loser :D

Well after skipping two days of classes I went to school today. Froze my arse off, and remembered I have another midterm and paper for next Monday SIGH
On another note. HP movie, both excited and scared to see it. Hecate have mercy it won't massacre Harry Potter anymore than the seventh book and 3-6th movie has. Anyways, I noticed in my November-ness of studying, HPing and utter nothingness I've become a little touched in the head (more than usual) since I noticed I started talking like how I write. And how I write is very different from how I talk. o.o;
So onto my nerdy loserish geekiness. I ordered a book online and it arrived today -insert fan squeal here- its called The Lexicon -an unauthorized guide to Harry Potter fiction and related materials-. Yes, that's right, anyone familiar with the Harry Potter info site called the Harry Potter Lexicon should realize. This is a shorter, small, condensed and real life physical form of the site. And yes I bought it on Amazon. I was flipping through it, it was different than how I was expecting it but still. Awesomeness. Unfortunately thats not where it ends. The version I have now was printed in Jan 2009. A second Lexicon book with an addition 13 pages that was printed in Jan 2010 will be coming after x-mas. Oddly enough the newer, updated version costed 10 dollars less. Oh well, hah.
Anyways to anyone who doesn't know (AKA everyone but a certain V-named person) I've been put on a diet program by my mother. AKA do this with me so I'll actually do it. So far, my mom skives from our given meal plan and I realize I get extremely cranky without Chinese food for a long period of time. Hm. On that note, I have a serious hankering (hee, hankering) for Asian food. So either, A don't let me near any or B prepare for my complains five days later for having given into my hankering.
As for my Anthro midterm I did on Tuesday, uck another C+ I've decided thats my average for that class. I really should stop skipping that class, and Philo. Ah well, right now I'm sitting at a solid B in sociology thanks to my last essay and I seriously think I failed my history midterm uck. Yes I say uck now apparently.
After months and months of warm weather, the snow caught me off guard and now I'm a weak, weak Calgarian hoping for a chinook and my flight to HK. I know I'm such a failure. I swear if this had gone on longer and then snow hit? Every other Calgarian would be keeling over from the sudden drop in temp. rofl
Btw, kim that scarf you gave me? So war, I love it and it's so soft *nuzzle* thx lots for the protective winter warming gear~ x3
Oh right before I forget. Ever since I got my Toshiba laptop, my sleep schedule has been near nonexistant. For the passed five days or so I've stayed up till 5 on it. Only to wake up three hours later for school. D: this has probably contributed to me skipping class, crankiness, light headedness and overall lack of concentration in anything but Harry Potter. I hope every stays healthy unlike me, and those of you who are sick or were sick I hope you all feel lots better kay? :3
